We are committed to offering our customers a lifetime warranty on all of our products, so you can feel confident that you are covered for all future parenting missions. If your Mission Critical product fails anytime in its lifetime due to a defect in the materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the bag at our discretion.
This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser. All refunds and exchanges are issued at the discretion of Mission Critical.

Warranty Repair Policy Details
If your item qualifies under our warranty, your only responsibility is to get it to us. Once the product is received along with the warranty repair form, we will evaluate the claim within 7-10 business days. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will repair your product at our discretion.
Please keep in mind that California State law requires that all items accepted for repair be freshly cleaned. This is a baby company, which means you have been using our products with your pooping, drooling, projectile vomiting baby. Please help us provide a clean and safe environment for our employees by cleaning your product before you send it to us. If we determine that your bag needs to be cleaned, we will return it to you without repair. We do not offer cleaning services ourselves.
When sending your bag to use for a warranty claim we recommend using a service like UPS or FedEx which will give you a tracking number. Once your bag is safely in our hands the warranty process will begin.
