Extended Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between 11/1/16 and 12/15/16 may be returned until 1/15/17. The normal return policy (below) applies to orders placed after 12/15/16.
Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities at Mission Critical. While we are confident in the quality and safety of our products, we understand that situations arise where you may need to return your Mission Critical gear.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition with their original tags attached. For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept used items. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date you received it in order to receive a refund.
If you purchased your Mission Critical gear from somewhere other than missioncritical.cc, please contact that retailer for details regarding their return policy. We cannot process returns for Mission Critical items purchased through other retailers.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and for your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Mission Critical is not responsible for packages lost in the return process. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original credit card used, minus shipping costs. Store credit will be issued if indicated on the return form.
Please note, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to make changes to your original order, then please proceed with returning your item(s) per the process listed above, and place another order online for the replacement item(s) you would like.
